My name is Nelson Sanford. I have lived in the Hilliard and Dublin area for nearly 30 years in which almost all of that time was spent in the real estate industry. Prior to that I spent 11 years in USAF
maintaining a Top Secret, critical security clearance from 1981 through Operation Desert Storm moving to Hilliard in 1992. I was originally licensed in 1994 with Ross Realtors and that, coupled with being the
Vice President of a “new build” company in central Ohio for 12 years, has given me more than 27 years of valuable real estate experience. These experiences, and training to become a Certified Negotiation
Expert, allow me to provide my clients with an advantage to get the best deal and the highest price possible. I provide a superior and professional service through loyalty, hard work and honesty.

I have a lovely wife, Lori, and currently live in Plain City, Ohio. I have a son Ryne, a graduate of THE Ohio
State University and a step daughter Molly, also a graduate of THE Ohio State University, who is studying
real estate law in Denver, CO. I am extremely proud of both of them.
